We enforce social distancing in all of our classes, which are limited to 15 participants. Masks are encouraged. You can also purchase masks at our studio.

For classes with partner work, we suggest bringing a partner that you will be paired with for the duration of the class, however, a partner is not needed! Masks are encouraged. Handwashing and sanitation enforced.
